渤中深井套管磨损预测方法

Casing wear prediction for the Bozhong deep wells

  • 摘要: 渤中油藏埋深较深,深井、大斜度井和三维井较多,深井钻探中复杂情况多、机械钻速低,导致套管磨损严重,为安全生产带来巨大风险,有必要开展套管磨损量预测和剩余强度分析。通过建立深井套管磨损预测模型,定量分析了侧向力、摩擦行程和转速等因素对套管磨损的影响规律,通过渤中油田现场实测数据校正预测模型,大幅提高了预测精度,形成了起下钻等效滑移行程预测套管磨损方法。该方法能够满足深井套管磨损预测的要求,指导渤中深井套管磨损预测。

     

    Abstract: The oil reservoirs in Bozhong oilfield are deeper, so there are many deep wells, highly deviated wells and three dimensional wells.In the drilling process of deep wells, many complex situations occur and the rate of penetration is low, which leads to serious casing wear and consequently brings great risks to safe production.Therefore, it is necessary to predict the casing wear and analyze the residual strength.In this paper, a casing wear prediction model for deep wells was established to quantitatively analyze the influence of lateral force, friction stroke and rotational speed on casing wear.In addition, the prediction accuracy was improved significantly by correcting the prediction model through the data measured on site in Bozhong Oilfield.Thus, a casing wear prediction method based on equivalent slip stroke of trip is formed.This method can meet the requirements on the casing wear prediction of deep wells and provide the guidance for casing wear prediction of deep wells in Bozhong Oilfield.
