渤中凹陷19-6构造地层压力随钻精确监测技术

Precise detection technology of formation pressure while drilling in BZ19-6 structure of Bozhong sag

  • 摘要: 为确保渤中19-6勘探开发过程中的钻井安全,规避钻前地层压力预测精度不足而带来的问题,开展了随钻过程的地层压力监测研究及应用。以dc指数法和Enton法为基础,利用Drillworks软件实时动态与现场录井参数远程链接,同时在软件中嵌入优化后的计算模型,采用趋势线(斜率、截距)和Enton指数多次回归、阶段校正、气测录井综合校正等方法,成功监测渤中19-6区块9口勘探井(完钻井深均超4 000 m),结果表明随钻监测压力结果与钻后声波时差法计算压力值以及部分井测压数据对比精确度达到了97%以上,可知该套方法能够有效监测以渤中19-6为例的欠压实导致的异常地层压力的起压点、最高压力点,可推广应用到欠压实地层的地层压力监测。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the drilling safety in BZ19-6 Block in the process of exploration and development and avoid the problems induced by the low prediction accuracy of formation pressure before drilling, the formation pressure monitoring while drilling technology was studied and applied.Based on dc index method and Enton method, real-time drilling performance and on-site mud logging data were linked remotely by using Drillworks software.Furthermore, the optimized calculation model was embedded into the software.And trend line (slope, intercept) and Enton index multiple regression, phased correction, comprehensive gas logging correction were adopted.In this way, 9 wells (drilling depth exceeding 4 000 m) in BZ19-6 Block are monitored successfully.It is shown that the accuracy of pressure monitoring while drilling is over 97% referring to the pressure calculated by means of the post-drilling interval transit time and the pressure measured in some wells.It is revealed that this method can be used to monitor effectively the starting point and the highest pressure point of abnormal formation pressure induced by undercompaction, e.g.BZ19-6 Block.In conclusion, this method can be popularized and applied to the formation pressure monitoring of undercompacted strata.
