渤海油田丛式井网整体加密钻井防碰技术

Integral infilling and drilling anti-collision technology of cluster well pattern in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 自“十一五”以来,渤海油田陆续开展了多个大型油田的丛式井网整体加密项目。井眼轨道的精确控制与防碰是该类项目实施过程中的最大挑战。通过多年的探索与实践,渤海油田已经形成了包含轨道优化设计、精确测量、高效控制、防碰监测以及碰后应急处理等一套丛式井网整体加密钻井防碰技术,在渤海多个大型油田的综合调整项目中成功应用,实现了防碰率100%。系统总结了该技术体系,提出了相关技术规程,可为综合调整项目和加密调整井提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, the Bohai Oilfield has successively carried out a number of integral infilling projects of well cluster pattern in large-scale oilfields.Precise control and collision avoidance of wellbore trajectory are the biggest challenges in the implementation of such projects.After years' exploration and practice, Bohai Oilfield has developed a set of integral infilling and drilling anti-collision technologies of cluster well pattern, including track optimization design, accurate measurement, high-efficiency control, anti-collision monitoring and post-collision emergency treatment.They have been successfully applied to the integrated well pattern adjustment of many large-scale oilfields in the Bohai Sea with anti-collision rate of 100%.The technical system was summarized systematically and the relevant technical regulations were put forward.The research results can provide the reference for the integrated adjustment projects and the adjustment well infilling.
