赤几深水钻井导管高效下入技术

High efficiency downloading technology for deepwater drilling conductor in the Equatorial Guinea

  • 摘要: 赤几海域深水表层钻井导管下入难度大,针对该海域土质特点开展喷射钻进技术研究,指导深水钻井导管高效安全下入。以赤几S-X井为例,对海域土质特性进行分析,研究了深水钻井导管喷射安装的适用性。分析了喷射最危险工况,计算该条件下最大载荷,结合Ø914.4 mm导管实时承载力,推荐了喷射下入钻井导管最小入泥深度。通过对赤几深水井身结构和钻具组合的研究,对钻头伸出量进行计算。研究了在满足下入时效和承载力恢复的条件下,满足携岩能力的最小排量。根据下入管柱和土质特点,计算了钻井导管钻进的初始钻压。根据现场施工记录,对设计的钻头伸出量、喷射排量和入泥深度进行了钻后评估。赤几S区块钻井导管喷射施工作业范围为泥线下0~246 m,推荐赤几S-X井喷射下钻井导管最小入泥深度为91.5 m,钻头伸出量为127.0~152.4 mm,排量为63 L/s,初始钻压为755 kN。钻后评估分析得到喷射排量选择较小是钻井导管下入遇阻的重要原因之一。海外赤几S-X井成功喷射施工表明,喷射施工参数设计推荐值和实际匹配度高,现场实践应用良好,标志着我国深水钻井导管高效下入技术商业化应用迈入成熟阶段。

     

    Abstract: The setting of the deepwater surface drilling conductor is difficult in the Equatorial Guinea Sea area.The jetting drilling technology was studied based on the soil characteristics of this sea area so as to provide the guidance for the safe and efficient setting of deepwater drilling conductors.Taking Well S-X in the Equatorial Guinea Sea area as an example, soil characteristics of this sea area was analyzed and the applicability of the jet-injection installation of deepwater drilling conductor was studied.The most dangerous condition of the injection was analyzed, and the maximum load under this condition was calculated.Combined with the real-time bearing capacity of the Ø914.4 mm drilling conductor, the minimum driving depth of drilling conductor by jetting was recommended.The bit stick-out was calculated by investigating the casing program and bottom hole assembly (BHA) of deepwater wells in the Equatorial Guinea Sea area.The minimum displacement that can meet the demand of rock carrying capacity while satisfying setting time efficiency and bearing capacity recovery was calculated.The initial weight on bit (WOB) during the drilling of drilling conductor was calculated based on the characteristics of pipe string and soil.Post-drilling evaluation was carried out on the designed bit stick-out, injection displacement and driving depth based on the on-site construction record.It is shown that the jetting operation range of drilling conductor in S Block of the Equatorial Guinea Sea area is 0-246 m below the mud line.To set the drilling conductor in Well S-X by jetting, it is recommended to set the minimum driving depth at 91.5 m, the bit stick-out at 127.0-152.4 mm, the displacement at 63 L/s and the initial WOB at 755 kN.The post-drilling evaluation analysis shows that the lower injection displacement is one of the important reasons for the difficult setting of the drilling conductor.In conclusion, the successful jetting operation of Well S-X in the Equatorial Guinea Sea area demonstrates that the recommended values of the jetting operation parameters are highly accordant with the actual values.And the good application of field practice indicates that the commercial application of the efficient setting technology of deepwater drilling conductor has entered a mature stage in China.
