Abstract:
Gas logging and geochemical logging are widely used in rapid reservoir fluid interpretation and evaluation.However, conventional reservoir fluid evaluation is often influenced by oil, which results in poor general applicability and may lead to deviation of reservoir fluid interpretation.To eliminate the influence of different oil on reservoir fluid type identification and improve the accuracy of reservoir fluid property identification, the key parameters of gas logging and geochemical logging reflecting formation oil and gas information are correlated and coupled through principal component analysis.The reservoir fluid interpretation plate under the same oil is established.Then, through the correction of oil quality characteristic parameters, the general reservoir fluid type interpretation plate applicable to different oils is finally established.The results show that the established method can eliminate the influence of different oil types on reservoir fluid type identification with wide application range and high accuracy.The application in several exploration wells in the strike-slip zone in the middle of the Huanghekou sag, the interpretation coincidence rate of oil and gas water layer compared with well logging interpretation can reach 84.37%, presenting with great application performance.
