Fisher判别分析法在渤中凹陷储层流体解释评价中的应用

Application of Fisher discriminant analysis method in identification of reservoir fluids in Bozhong sag

  • 摘要: 渤中凹陷是渤海海域的重点勘探目标区之一,含油层系多、流体性质复杂,储层流体快速解释评价难度大。为了解决渤中凹陷储层流体评价难题,实现油气水层快速识别,通过对已钻探的37口井资料进行系统化研究,以气测烃组分及其衍生参数建立研究数据体进行Fisher判别分析,获取各组别的质心、判别函数特征值及贡献度等,选取最优判别参数建立Fisher判别分析解释模型,并在渤中凹陷的二级构造带多口井中进行应用与验证。应用结果表明,基于气测烃组分及其衍生参数数据的Fisher判别分析法能够很好的解决储层流体类型解释及阈值标准划分难题,油气水层解释符合率对比测井结果达到85%以上。该方法创新应用数理方法与模型解决生产难题,应用效果良好,对其它探区具有借鉴作用及推广价值。

     

    Abstract: Bozhong sag, as one of the key exploration target areas in the Bohai Sea, has the features of many oil-bearing layer and complex fluid properties, making it difficult to quickly identify reservoir fluids.To address the problem, and to improve the rapid identification and quantitative interpretation and evaluation of oil and gas layers, the data of 37 wells have been systematically studied.The data body based on the gas component and its derived parameters is used for Fisher discriminant analysis, and for centroids, discriminant function eigenvalues and contribution degrees acquisition of each group.The optimal discriminant parameters are selected to establish the Fisher discriminant analysis and interpretation model, which was then applied and proved in several wells of the secondary structural belt of the Bozhong sag.The application results show that Fisher discriminant analysis method based on gas hydrocarbon component and its derived parameter data can address the reservoir fluid type identification and threshold standard classification.The oil and gas water layer interpretation coincidence rate is more than 85% based on well logging results.The developed method innovatively applies mathematical methods and models to address production problems with good application effects, providing references and promotion value for other exploration areas.
