  • 摘要: 煤层气井煤层段采用绳索取心技术,具有不用起下钻而由钻杆内捞取岩心的技术优势,但常规绳索取心工具存在取心收获率低的问题。对绳索取心工具的钻头和岩心爪进行改进,将钻头改为梭形,顶部改为非连续环,齿间开水槽,将八刀翼4复合片改为六刀翼6复合片结构,增强攻击性,同时去除内圆水眼,减少对岩心的冲蚀;将岩心爪改为卡箍式和篮爪式二合一结构,提高了岩心爪的通用性。配合钻井参数的优化,使在煤层气井DP1井取心施工中收获率提高到75.68%,为准确获取煤层顶底板情况及煤层含气的各项参数起到重要作用。

     

    Abstract: The wireline coring technology applied in the coal seam section of coalbed methane well technically has the advantage of taking cores inside the drilling pipe without making a trip, but the conventional wireline coring tool is faced with the problem of low core recovery. Drilling bit and core catcher of the wireline coring tool were improved. The drilling bit was reconstructed into a shuttle shape, the top was modified into a discontinuous ring, a water channel was set between teeth, and the structure of 8 blades and 4 composite blocks was changed into that of 6 blades and 6 composite blocks to strengthen its aggression. In addition, the inner nozzle was removed to decrease the erosion on cores. The core catcher was improved into the two-in-one structure of slip collar and basket claw to enhance its universality. And combined with the optimization of drilling parameters, the core recovery is increased to 75.68%. In the process of coring construction in coalbed methane well DP1, the research results play an import role in accurately understanding the situations of roofs and floors and acquiring the gas bearing parameters of coal seams.
