Application and thinking of CQMPD fine pressure controlling drilling technology

  • 摘要: 介绍了CQMPD精细控压钻井系统的结构、工作原理,给出了其在川渝气田的应用实例。CQMPD精细控压钻井系统在川渝高石梯—磨溪、川西北剑阁和土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸等地区的成功应用有效解决了安全密度窗口窄,频繁发生井漏、溢流甚至喷漏同存等钻井井控难题,对于潜伏类碳酸盐气藏的高效、安全开发起到重要作用,该技术成熟度高。但是,随着勘探开发对象变得越来越复杂,对精细控压钻井技术的要求也更加严格,近年来,在精细控压钻井工艺、产品和应用领域上又取得了新的拓展,有效提高了超深复杂井的固井质量。该研究对于降低复杂盐下气藏开发的钻井成本亦具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The structure and working principle of CQMPD fine pressure controlling drilling system are introduced, and its application example in Sichuan-Chongqing gasfield is given. The successful application of CQMPD fine pressure controlling drilling system in Moxi-Gaoshiti area in Sichuan and Chongqing, Jiange area in Northwest Sichuan and the right bank of Amu River in Turkmenistan effectively solved problems in drilling well control such as narrow safe density window, frequent lost circulation, overflow and even blowout, which plays an important role in the efficient and safe development of latent carbonate gas reservoirs. The maturity of the technology have proven very high. However, as exploration and development objects become more and more complex, the requirements for fine pressure controlling drilling technology are more stringent. In recent years, new development has been made in fine pressure control drilling technology, products and application fields, effectively improving the cementing quality of ultra-deep complex wells. This study also has important guiding significance for reducing drilling costs in developing complex pre-salt gas reservoirs.
