功率法抽油机井平衡分析仪的设计与应用

Design and application of power method oil well balance analyzer

  • 摘要: 抽油机平衡的评价标准通常采用电流法。由于钳形电流表无法判断电流方向, 电流法会出现“假平衡”现象, 即误判抽油机为平衡状态。功率法测平衡能够不受电流方向干扰, 但测量计算较电流法复杂。为了方便现场应用功率法判断抽油机井的平衡状况, 开发了抽油机井功率法平衡分析仪。该仪器能够便捷地测量功率曲线, 计算分析平衡度, 并提出平衡调整建议。使用该平衡分析仪对抽油机井的平衡状况进行了测试, 并与电流法的同步测试结果进行了对比, 功率法较电流法能清晰地反映平衡变化情况,较准确地计算真实的平衡度, 可以避免因抽油机不平衡而造成不必要的设备损耗、耗电量增大、设备安全隐患等问题。

     

    Abstract: The current method is usually used to evaluate the balance of pumping units. Because the clamp ammeter can not judge the direction of the current, the method will appear the phenomenon of false balance, that is, misjudging the pumping units as balanced state. The power balance method can not be disturbed by the current direction, but the measurement is more complicated than the current method. In order to faciltate the field application of power method to judge the balance of pumping wells, a power method balance an- alyzer for pumping wells was developed. The instrument can conveniently measure the power curve, calculate and analyze the balance degree, and put forward suggestions for balancing adjustment. The balance condition of the pumping unit well is tested by the balance analyzer and compared with the synchronous test result of the current method. The power method can clearly reflect the balance change and calculate the true balance degree more accurately than the current method. The unnecessary equipment loss caused by the unbalance of the pumping unit can be avoided. Power consumption increases, equipment safety hazards and other issues.
