渤海油田探井非常规井眼防斜打快组合技术

Combination technology of deviation prevention and quick drilling for exploratory wells in Bohai Oilfield

  • 摘要: 对非常规Ø241.3 mm井眼在渤海地区的应用进行了钻具组合防斜打快分析。通过建立非常规井眼的BHA控制方程,使用有限差分方法分析了Ø241.3 mm井眼钻具组合降斜能力随钻压和稳定器位置变化的规律,得出单稳定器钻具组合的稳定器放置位置应该距钻头18 m以上,钻压应在150 kN以下;双稳定器钻具组合下稳定器位置距钻头18 m左右,可以在较大钻压范围内控制井斜。双稳定器防斜效果优于单稳定器。对比分析了Ø241.3 mm和Ø311.2 mm井眼的机械钻速和井下复杂情况预测结果,得出Ø241.3 mm井眼钻速优于Ø311.2 mm井眼,复杂情况也少于Ø311.2 mm井眼。

     

    Abstract: The passage analyzed the application of unconventional Ø241.3 mm hole in the Bohai Region. Through establishing the BHA control equation of the unconventional wellbore, the finite difference method is used to analyze the variation of BHA of Ø241.3 mm borehole with WOB and the position of the stabilizer, the passage concluded that the stabilizer combined with the single stabilizer should be placed above 18 m from the bit and WOB should be below 150 kN. When the stabilizer is placed at about 18 m from the bit, the well inclination can be controlled within a large range of WOB and the deviation prevention effect of double stabilizer combination is better than single stabilizer combination. Results also show that the ROP of Ø241.3 mm borehole is better than that of Ø311.2 mm borehole and the posiible complex situation of Ø241.3 mm borehole is less than that of Ø311.2 mm borehole as well, when analyses ROP and complex situation prediction of the two kinds borehole.
