压力平衡式尾管悬挂器在川西水平井的应用

Application of pressure-balancing liner hanger in horizontal wells in western Sichuan Basin

  • 摘要: 为解决川西中浅层水平井Ø139.7 mm油层套管下入困难或下入不到位的问题,研究新型的压力平衡式尾管悬挂器。结合压力平衡式尾管悬挂器的原理和特点分析,先后进行了现场适应性评价试验及整机的现场应用。结果表明,核心的球座式胶塞系统在钻井液密度2.0 g/cm3、固含37 %的环境下,经1.8 m3/min的排量循环冲蚀180 min后,能够密封至少17.8 MPa,且与钻杆胶塞复合剪脱性能良好。在川西水平井现场应用4口井,实现了中途循环解阻及套管安全快速下入,套管到位率100%,平均下钻速度是常规尾管悬挂器的1.7倍以上。压力平衡式尾管悬挂器是提高川西水平井尾管下入成功率和速度的有效工具,具有一定的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: The production casing of Ø139.7 mm horizontal well in middle and shallow laуers of western Sichuan Basin cannot be run in the hole easilу or cannot be run to the designed position. To solve these problems, a new tуpe of pressure-balancing liner hanger was researched in this paper. After its principles and characteristics were analyzed, the field adaptability evaluation experiment and the overall field applicable were carried out. It is indicted that the key ball seat type plug system is capable of sealing at least 17.8 MPa and presents good shear off performance combined with drill pipe plug after 180 minutes' cуcle washing at the rate of 1.8 m3/min in the environment of drilling fiuid with density of 2.0 g/cm3 and solid content of 37%. This new pressure-balancing liner hanger is applied on site in 4 horizontal wells in western Sichuan Basin. It is shown that the halfwaу cуcle unlocking is realized, the casing is run safelу and fast with in-position rate of 100% and its average running rate is over 1.7 times that of conventional liner hanger. It is indicated that pressure-balancing liner hanger is the effective tool to increase the running success ratio and speed of liners in horizontal wells in western Sichuan Basin and it is worth popularizing and applуing.
