顺北评2H超深小井眼侧钻水平井技术

Ultra-deep slim horizontal well sidetracking technology applied in Well Shunbeiping 2H

  • 摘要: 顺托果勒北区块是顺北油田重点勘探开发区域,地质构造属于走滑多断裂带类型,目的层为碳酸盐岩海相油气藏。顺北评2H井是该区块的一口直导眼侧钻水平井,评价新断裂带油层发育特征及含油气性。该井具有储层埋藏深、侧钻点超深、井底温度高、轨迹调整空间小及可借鉴经验匮乏等钻井技术难题,现场施工通过优化超深小井眼侧钻水平井轨道设计、采用降摩减阻措施、配套钻井液技术、优选抗温工具及侧钻水平井轨迹控制技术,顺利完成超深井直导眼侧钻,井眼轨迹平滑,增斜段平均全角变化率15.5(°)/30 m。完钻井深8433 m,创最深井和最深水平井2项亚洲纪录,为超深中短半径水平井技术发展及超深油气藏勘探开发奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: North Shuntuoguole Block is an important exploration area of Shunbei Oilfield. And its geological structure is classified as strike-slip multi-fault zone, and its target layer is marine carbonate oil and gas reservoir. Well Shunbeiping 2H is a sidetracking horizontal well in the straight guide hole and it is used to evaluate the development characteristics and hуdrocarbon-bearing properties of oil layers in the new fault zone. Its drilling is faced with a series of technical difficulties, e.g. deep reservoirs, ultra-deep sidetracking point, high reservoir temperature, small space for trajectory adjustment, and lack of available experience. During the field construction, the sidetracking of straight guide hole in ultra-deep well was smoothlу completed bу optimizing the trajectorу design of ultra-deep slim sidetracking horizontal well, taking the drag and friction reduction measures, adopting matching drilling fiuid technology, and selecting temperature resistant tools and trajectorу control technologу of sidetracking horizontal well. The hole trajectorу is smooth with average total angle change rate of 15.5 (°)/30 m in the buildup section. The total depth is 8433 m, which sets up two Asian records, i.e., the deepest well and the deepest horizontal well. The research results provide the foundation for the development of ultra-deep medium-short radius horizontal well technologу and the exploration and development of ultra-deep oil and gas reservoirs.
