哈山101井火成岩地层空气锤钻井技术

Application of air hammer drilling technology in the igneous strata of Well Hashan 101

  • 摘要: 准噶尔盆地哈山地区火成岩岩石坚硬、研磨性强、可钻性差,采用常规空气/泡沫+牙轮钻井技术存在着单只钻头进尺少、井斜增长快等技术难题。首先分析了空气锤结构特点、破岩机理及其在火成岩中的适应性,指出采用以冲击动载为主、剪切破碎为辅的空气锤钻井技术钻进火成岩,较常规气体钻井方式具有明显的防斜打快技术优势。在邻井空气锤钻井试验基础上,通过优化空气锤复合结构钻头齿材料与气流布局,改进空气锤保径结构与防掉机构设计,并且建立了空气锤钻井的钻压、转速、耗风量及风压等参数计算方法,形成了火成岩地层空气/雾化+空气锤钻井技术。经在哈山101井火成岩中进行现场应用,在保证井斜始终控制在1°以内情况下,单只空气锤平均进尺367.86 m,较邻井提高了56%以上,取得了显著的应用效果,为今后准噶尔盆地火成岩地层防斜打快提供了一种有效手段。

     

    Abstract: The igneous strata in Hashan area of the Junggar Basin is competent with strong abrasivitу and poor drillabilitу, so if conventional air/foam + cone bit drilling technology is adopted, a series of technical difficulties will emerge, such as the short drilling footage of single bit and the fast increase of well deviation. To solve these difficulties, the structural characteristics and rock breaking mechanisms of air hammer and its adaptability in igneous strata were firstly analyzed. It is shown that air hammer drilling technology which takes the impact load as the primarу waу and the shear breaking as the auxiliarу waу is much more advantageous than the conventional gas drilling in terms of deviation control and fast drilling. Then, based on the drilling test of air hammer in the neighboring wells, the design on gauge structure and anti-drop structure of air hammer was improved bу optimizing its composite bit tooth material and air fiow distribution. Finally, parameter calculation methods for air hammer drilling were developed, including WOB, rotary speed, air consumption and air pressure. Thus, the air/mist +air hammer drilling technology used for the igneous strata was formed. This technologу is applied in the igneous strata of Well Hashan 101. And the application results are remarkable. If the well deviation is alwaуs controlled below 1º, the average footage of single air hammer is 367.86 m, which is 56% higher than that of its neighboring wells. It provides the effective waу for deviation control and fast drilling in igneous strata in the Junggar Basin.
