钻井作业应用井筒完整性标准

Standard on wellbore integrity in drilling operation

  • 摘要: 基于挪威NORSOK D-010标准和中石油关于“三高井”的井筒完整性标准,使用4幅典型的井筒屏障图例来说明井筒屏障及其组件的结构、功能和验收标准。论述了钻井作业中井筒屏障重要组件的钻井液液柱、钻柱以及钻井防喷器、井口装置等的功能、使用技术标准及对其要求,并给出了4个附表。从国内习惯用语解读了所谓“可剪切钻柱”与“不可剪切钻柱”的含义、结构特征和使用方法。说明了井控作业程序和井控条件下的钻井作业要点,阐述了钻井作业中与井筒完整性及井筒屏障有关的要求与标准。介绍了浅气层的风险和作业措施、井身轨迹及井间距离的标准及测量方法等。

     

    Abstract: Four typical well barrier charts were used to illustrate the well barrier and the structure, function and acceptance criteria of its components based on Norway's standard NORSOK D-010 and PetroChina's wellbore integrity standard on three-high well. First, the functions, operation technical standards and requirements of the important components for well barrier in drilling operation were described, including drilling fluid column, drilling string, blowout preventer and wellhead assembly. There are four attached tables in the appendix. Second, the definition, structural characteristics and application methods of so called "shearable string" and "non-shearable string" were read from the point of domestic idioms. Third, the well control procedure and the key points of drilling operation under the conditions of well control were illustrated, and the requirements and standards related to wellbore integrity and well barrier in drilling operation were expounded. Finally, the risks of shallow gas layers and the corresponding operational measures, the well trajectory and the well spacing standard and measurement method were briefly introduced.
