雅达油田F13井沥青层喷漏同存复杂情况的处理

Handing of influx-leakage coexisting complication in asphalt formation of Well F13 at the Yadavaran Oilfield

  • 摘要: 伊朗雅达油田F13井在Kazhdumi地层钻井施工中遭遇严重沥青侵引起的溢流和喷漏同存,处理时国内外可参考的文献和应对措施有限,在历经多次探索施工失败后,被迫采用先打塞进行封堵,再转换地质目的层侧钻成水平井的策略。详细介绍F13井喷漏同存发生和处理的过程,分析了各处理手段失败的原因,以及最终选用硅酸钠溶液作为促凝剂的原因。在室内实验的基础上,应用硅酸钠溶液加隔离液配合水泥浆进行了沥青污染环境下的打水泥塞封堵作业。现场应用结果表明,硅酸钠溶液促水泥浆闪凝是一种应对沥青污染情况下的可行的打水泥塞封堵作业方法。该井沥青层喷漏同存处理的经验和教训、形成的硅酸钠溶液促水泥浆闪凝打水泥塞封堵作业方法,对油田后续在Kazhdumi地层钻井作业的顺利进行具有重要的借鉴价值。

     

    Abstract: Well kick induced serious asphalt invasion and infux-leakage coexisting encountered on F13 well at Yadavaran Oilfeld in Iran during drilling at the long open-hole section in the formation of Kazhdumi. It's the frst time to deal with this kind of invasion and infux-leakage coexisting and the referred literature and treatment method was limited. After trying many times tough and exploratory treatment but failed, such as 9 times conventional plugging and killing by different mud weight and LCM recipe and two times reverse-squeezing plugging and killing, the strategy that F13 well frstly be sealed by cement plug and then sidetracked into a horizontal well by switching the geology target zone from Fahliyan into Sarvak formation was forced to be applied. It detailedly presents the occurrence and treating process of the invasion and infux-leakage coexisting, the reasons for failure of treatments and consideration for selecting sodium silicate accelerating agent of cement. On the basis of lab experiments, the sodium silicate with spacer to accelerate cement thickening was used in cement plugging operation with asphalt pollution existing. Field application shows that this method was effective and feasible to conduct cement plugging operation with asphalt pollution. The experience and lesson learnt from this well and the innovated method that sodium silicate with spacer to accelerate cement thickening provide valuable reference for smooth drilling at Kazhdumi formation of follow-up operations in Yadavaran Oilfeld.
