郑庄区块煤层气低产井增产技术研究

Study on the stimulation technologies for low-yield CBM wells in Zhengzhuang Block

  • 摘要: 山西沁水盆地郑庄区块经过多年开发,目前已初具规模。但是随着排采持续进行,部分生产井产量已经呈现明显下滑的态势。针对低产原因,从地质构造(断层、陷落柱)以及工程施工(压裂液、压裂参数)2个方面对排采井低产原因进行深入分析,提出现场施工采用活性水压裂液以及采用变排量施工工艺,尤其针对埋深大、渗透率极低的低产井提出“大液量、大砂量、变排量”压裂工艺,确保储层改造达到预期的效果。由于煤层堵塞导致生产井产量下降,建议采用解堵性二次水力压裂改造措施,并且在郑庄区块首次实施微生物解堵的实验性措施,探索了该技术在郑庄区块低产井治理中的有效性。

     

    Abstract: After years' development, CBM production is currently taking shape in Zhengzhuang Block, the Qinshui Basin, Shanxi.As the drainage gas recovery continues, however, the production rate of some production wells presents the obvious decline trend. In this paper, the reasons for the low production rate of drainage wells were analyzed deeply from the aspects of geological structure (fault and collapse column) and engineering construction (fracturing fuid and fracturing parameters). In order to realize the desired reservoir stimulation effect, it was proposed to adopt active water fracturing fuid and variable displacement construction technology in construction sites, and especially to apply the fracturing technology of "high liquid rate, high sand rate and variable displacement" in low-yield wells which are deep with extra low permeability. Production decline is caused by coal bed blockage, so it was recommended to take the blockage removing measure of secondary hydraulic fracturing. And microbial blockage removing technology was, for the frst time, experimentally implemented in Zhengzhuang Block to explore its effectiveness in treating the low-yield wells in this block.
