Liner cementing technology suitable for complex conditions of Well Su 4K-P4

  • 摘要: 苏4K-P4井是苏4储气库一口典型的注采水平井,针对该井漏失情况,制定“静压差法”方案,即通过控制管内灌液量,利用静压差打开井下工具完成尾管固井施工。固井结束后测井显示上层技术套管存在破损,通过“二段回接固井”,设计2套悬挂器,分段完成回接固井作业。测井显示固井合格率100%,优质率41.5%。该项技术为储气库复杂井完井提供了新的技术思路。

     

    Abstract: Well Su 4K-P4 is a typical horizontal well for gas injection and withdrawal in Su 4 underground gas storage.In this paper, a "static differential pressure method" program was prepared to deal with its lost circulation.In this program, the liquid volume injected inside the casing is controlled, so the downhole tools can be actuated by using the static differential pressure.Thus, liner cementing is completed.The logging data after the cementing indicates that the technical casing in the upper layer is damaged.According to "twosection tie-back cementing", two hangers are designed and tie-back cementing is carried out by segments.Based on logging data, qualification rate and high quality rate of cementing are 100% and 41.5%, respectively.This technology provides the new technical thought for the completion of complex storage wells.
