高强度橡胶保护套防磨减扭工具的研制

Research and development of anti-wear torque reducing tool with high-strength protective rubber sleeve

  • 摘要: 针对现有防磨减扭工具摩擦副性能较差,使用寿命短的问题,研制了一种以高强度橡胶与金属复合陶瓷涂层为滑动摩擦副的钻井用防磨减扭工具。高强度橡胶常温抗拉强度39 MPa,撕裂强度129 kN/mm,磨耗0.003 cm3/1.61 km,与外表面喷涂金属陶瓷的钢轴形成滑动摩擦副,在以膨润土基浆为循环介质环境下,测得摩擦因数仅为0.068,加入2%粒径为1 mm的石英砂后,测得的摩擦因数为0.2,远低于钢-钢摩擦因数0.35~0.5。加工样机28套并在水平位移3 000 m左右大位移井中进行了现场试验,结果表明,扭矩平均降低20%,性能明显优于同类产品;28套工具出井后,滑动摩擦副仅有轻微划痕和磨损,单套工具可使用1 000 h以上,具有较好的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Existing anti-wear torque reducing tools are poorer in sliding friction property with short service life. To solve this problem, a new anti-wear torque reducing tool for well drilling was developed with high-strength rubber and metal-ceramic coating as the sliding friction pair. In normal temperature, high-strength rubber has tension strength 39 MPa, tearing strength 120 kN/mm and wear loss 0.003 cm3/1.61 km, and it, with the steel shaft whose external surface is coated with metal-ceramic constitutes the sliding friction pair. In the environment with bentonite mud as the circulation medium, the measured friction factor is only 0.068. After 2% quartz sand with grain size of 1 mm is added, the measured friction factor is 0.2, which is much lower than steel-steel friction factor (0.35-0.5). 28 sets of prototype tools were prepared and tested in an extended reach well with horizontal displacement about 3 000 m. It is shown that the torque is decreased by over 20% on average and its property is obviously superior to similar products. After the 28 sets of tools were taken out of wells, their sliding friction pairs only suffer slight scratching. The service life of each set of tool is over 1 000 h. Therefore, its popularization and application is of better value.
