鲁迈拉石膏夹层岩石可钻性预测

Prediction on rock drillability of gypsum interbeds in Rumaila

  • 摘要: 鲁迈拉油田岩心数量少,钻头优选主要依靠施工和设计人员的经验。针对这一问题,以钻速方程为基础,通过逆推回归和数据拟合的方式,建立起鲁迈拉地区岩石可钻性与测井数据对应关系,并以岩屑分形理论为依据对结果进行验证,找出最能反映岩石破碎难易的特征量,确定岩石强度、硬度及可钻性与岩石的这些分形维数的统计模型。根据岩石可钻性预测结果,开展了KM533X复合钻头现场提速试验,单只钻头平均进尺提高214.70%,机械钻速提高29.90%,从而保障了该地区钻井作业顺利高效完成。

     

    Abstract: In Rumaila Oilfield, there are a small number of cores, so drilling bit optimization is mainly based on the experience of construction and design staff.To solve this problem, the correspondence relationship between rock drillability and log data of Rumaila area was established based on drilling rate equation by means of backstepping regression and data fitting.Then, the results were verified according to cutting fractal theory.Furthermore, the characteristic parameter which can reflect rock breaking difficulty best was determined and the statistical model on rock strength, hardness, drillability and their fractal dimensions was developed.Finally, ROP improvement test was carried out specifically on KM533X composite drilling bit on site according to the prediction results of rock drillability.It is shown that the average drilling footage and ROP of each bit is increased by 214.70% and 29.90%, respectively.And thus, the drilling operation in this area is completed smoothly and efficiently.
