Abstract:
After fracturing stimulation, atmospheric shale gas reservoirs cannot realize flowing production and electric submersible pumps are frequently stuck and stopped at the early stage. To solve these problems, the gas lift technology based on authigenic gas of atmospheric shale gas well was investigated. The authigenic gas of one well is taken as the gas source. Atmospheric shale gas wells are produced continuously by decreasing the density of liquid in pipe strings by means of gas lift. Wellhead process and technological string of authigenic gas lift were introduced. Then, sensitivity analysis was performed on the gas injection pressure of gas lift wells, and drainage gas recovery technology of gas lift was designed. This technology was tested on site in Well PYHF-3. It is shown that after its application, daily liquid production is 51.37 m
3 and daily gas production is 17 424.65 m
3. This gas lift technology based on authigenic gas of atmospheric shale gas well can provide new technical support for the continuous production of atmospheric shale gas wells.
