南海西部高温高压井测试技术现状及展望

Status and prospect of testing technologies for HTHP wells in Western South China Sea

  • 摘要: 南海西部高温高压井测试作业面临地层流体流动相态复杂、测试管柱在多种载荷作用下井筒安全难以保障、高压低温状态管线极易生成水合物、地层严重出砂、测试液高温稳定性要求高、海上平台空间受限、人员和设备安全风险高等问题。经过多年的科研攻关和现场实践,形成了一整套海上高温高压测试技术,主要包括:建立海上高温高压测试安全控制系统模型、测试管柱安全性分析技术、井筒安全评估技术、水合物预测与防治技术、出砂预测与防治技术、测试地面流程优化设计技术、高温稳定性测试液技术等,现场应用取得良好的效果。基于当前石油行业形势及后续勘探需求,海上油气井测试信息决策平台的建设、测试设备智能化及深海高温高压测试技术是高温高压井测试的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: When testing operation is performed on the HTHP wells in Western South China Sea, a series of problems occur. For example, the flowing phase state of formation fluids is complex, the wellbore safety cannot be guaranteed easily for the testing string is under the effect of multiple loads, hydrate tends to form in the situation of high pressure and low temperature, sand production is serious, the testing fluid is highly required in high temperature stability, the space of offshore platform is limited, personnel and equipments are suffered from high safety risk, and so on. To deal with these problems, a set of offshore HTHP testing technologies are developed after years’ research and practice, such as offshore HTHP testing safety control system model, testing string safety analysis technology, wellbore safety evaluation technology, hydrate prediction and control technology, sanding prediction and control technology, surface process design optimization technology, and high-temperature testing fluid technology. They are well applied in field. Based on current situations and subsequent exploration demand in the petroleum industry, HTHP well testing will be developed from the aspects of the construction of offshore oil and gas testing information decision platform, the intelligentization of testing equipments and deepwater HTHP testing technology.
