分层定量注水分层测压一体技术

Integrated technology of separate-layer quantitative water flooding and pressure monitoring

  • 摘要: 注水井分层注水过程中地层的压力、温度监测可以为油层地质分析提供真实的资料,而现有分注测试技术存在着无法全程测试地层压力、温度的问题。基于偏心定量注水技术和井下测试技术的原理和工具结构,采用技术集成化研究和设计方法,研制了具有测试总成的注水测压堵塞器、带有测试通道的注水测压工作筒、带有阀底支撑总成且满足斜井投送注水测压堵塞器需要的专用投送器等关键工具,形成了注水井分层定量注水分层测压一体技术。室内实验表明关键工具密封可靠且满足在斜井上投捞更换注水测压堵塞器的需要。目前该技术现场应用5 口井,投捞成功率100 %,测压、测温数据提取合格率100%,扩展了现有偏心分层注水技术的功能,具有广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Monitoring formation pressure and temperature during separate-layer water flooding can provide reliable data for geologic study of relevant formations, but monitoring techniques currently available can not monitor formation pressure and temperature all the way. Based on principles and tool structure of eccentric quantitative water flooding technique and downhole monitoring technique,integration of separate-layer quantitative water flooding and pressure monitoring has been achieved by adopting integration research principles and designs. During the course, a plug with water-flooding and pressure monitoring capacities, water-flooding and pressuremonitoring barrel with testing channels, and special delivery device with valve-bottom supporting assembly have been developed. Lab test results show all the key tools have reliable sealing performance to satisfy demands related to place, recover and replace of waterflooding and pressure-monitoring plugs. Up to now, the technique has been used in 5 wells with a success rate of 100%. Moreover, 100% of pressure and temperature data acquired are qualified, expanding the function of conventional eccentric separate-layer water flooding technique, the newly developed system has bright prospects of application on site.
