小井眼钻井提速技术在徐深气田的试验与分析

Tests and analyses of ROP enhancement technique for slim holes drilling in the Xushen Gasfield

  • 摘要: ?152.4 mm 小井眼钻井技术是提高采收率和综合经济效益的有效途径,大庆徐深气田Xushen9-Ping4 井首次在三开水平段开展了小井眼钻井试验,但机械钻速并不理想,制约了深层气井钻井提速和降成本的目标。以?152.4 mm 小井眼钻井现场试验为例,分析了现场试验中的储层特征、钻头进尺、纯钻时间和机械钻速,并利用通用机械钻速方程,结合徐深气田储层及小井眼钻井试验情况,得出了小井眼机械钻速的影响因素,并对小井眼钻井过程中存在的问题进行了探讨,为大庆油田深层气井下步开展小井眼钻井试验提供了依据和参考。

     

    Abstract: The ?152.4 mm slim hole drilling technique can effectively enhance EOR and overall economic performance of oilfield development. Slim hole drilling was tested first in the third drilling section of Well Xushen 9-Ping 4 in the Xushen Gasfield of Daqing Oilfield, but the ROP was lower than expected, failing to fulfill ROP enhancement and cost reduction in drilling deep gas wells. Taking the on site ?152.4 mm slim hole drilling as an example, reservoir features, footages drilled per bit, pure drilling time and ROP have been analyzed, and based on the universal ROP equation, features of reservoir formations in the Xushen Gasfield, and experiences in drilling slim hole, factors affecting ROP in slim holes have been figured out, and problems encountered during drilling of such slim holes have been analyzed, which can provide basis and guideline for slim hole drilling in deep gas development of the Daqing Gasfield.
