超微粉体堵水剂的研究与应用

Research and application of ultrafine powder water plugging agent

  • 摘要: 卫城油田深层油藏分层堵水作业中,油藏高压、低孔、低渗的特点对无机颗粒堵水剂性能要求较高,常规无机颗粒堵水剂与超细G 级油井水泥易出现超压、强度低或有效期短的问题。针对这些问题,结合超细水泥堵水的技术缺陷,开展了堵水剂体系技术研究。将超细G 级油井水泥、超细粉煤灰、活性矿粉和硅粉按照不同的配方比例配制了一系列堵水剂,对堵水剂的流变性、抗缩性和抗压强度等性能进行了室内实验,确定最佳超微粉体堵水剂配方为87.5% 超细水泥+7.0% 超细粉煤灰+1.5% 活性矿粉+2.5% 超细硅粉+1.5% 缓凝剂。在卫城油田深层高压低渗油藏成功运用13 口井,解决了此类油藏堵水的技术难题。

     

    Abstract: In separate-layer water blocking operation in deep reservoirs of Weicheng Oilfield, the characteristics of high reservoir pressure, low porosity and low permeability need a high performance of inorganic particle plugging agent. Conventional water plugging agent of inorganic particles together with ultrafine oil well cement of Grade G may cause such problems as high pressure, low strength and short effective period. In line with these problems and in combination with drawbacks in water plugging technique with ultrafine cement, research was conducted on the water blocking system technology. The ultrafine Grade G oilwell cement, ultrafine fly ash, active mineral powder and silica powder were mixed in different proportions to prepare a series of water plugging agents. Lab experiments were conducted on the rheology, anti-shrinking property and compressive strength of the water plugging agents, and it was determined that the formula of ultrafine powder plugging agent was 87.5% ultrafine cement + 7.0% ultrafine fly ash + 1.5% active mineral powder + 2.5% ultrafine silica powder + 1.5% retarder. This agent was successfully used in 13 wells to high pressure reservoir with low permeability in Weicheng Oilfield and addressed the technical difficulty in water plugging in this type of reservoirs.
