膨润土钻井液深钻技术在渤海某油田的应用

Application of bentonite slurry deep drilling technology in drilling and exploration operations in a certain oilfield in Bohai

  • 摘要: 通过分析渤海某油田的沉积环境、地质油藏概况和优化井身结构及井眼轨迹,优选钠基膨润土,添加增黏剂、烧碱和纯碱等添加剂提高动、静切力和确保pH 值大于10,并在淡水配制后让充分水化形成的膨润土钻井液深钻至馆陶组(垂深2 000 m 左右),实现了快速钻进,钻速由50~70 m/h 提高至90~100 m/h,扩大了上部井段的井径(由?342.9 mm 扩至?374.65 mm)、减少了起下钻和下套管作业的阻卡风险,而且节约了钻井液成本,形成了渤海油田降本增效和钻井提效典型技术。

     

    Abstract: In the course of drilling and exploration operations in a certain oilfield, the depositional environment and general situation of geological reservoir of such oilfield have been analyzed, the wellbore configuration and wellbore trajectory have been optimized, the sodium-based bentonite slurry has been properly selected, the additives such as tackifier, sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate have been added so as to increase the dynamic/static shearing force and pH value (higher than 10), and the fully-hydrated bentonite slurry has been drilling deeply to Guantao Group (the vertical depth is about 2 000 m) after the preparation of freshwater . As a result, the quick drilling has been achieved, drilling rate increased from 50~70 m/h to 90~100 m/h, the diameter of upper section has been appropriately increased to reduce the jamming risk in trip/casing running operation, the costs of drilling fluid have been saved, and the typical technology for reducing costs and improving efficiency has been formed in Bohai Oilfield.
