可关闭旋转式泄油器的研制与应用

Development and application of the closable rotary bleeder

  • 摘要: 由于常规泄油器须投杆剪断泄油销钉后泄油,致使对于抽油杆断的油井无法投杆而不能实现泄油,且泄油后不能二次关闭。针对常规泄油器存在的缺陷,借鉴Y221 封隔器工作原理,通过对换向机构的理论计算,研制了可关闭旋转式泄油器。该工具采用下放旋转并上提管柱实现泄油功能、再次下放管柱关闭泄油孔的工艺设计,除能在不起抽油杆柱情况下实现泄油外,还可实现泄油器反复开关使用,避免带液体起管柱伤害环境。该工具在中原油田采油三厂进行了室内实验并在泵深为3 000 m 以上的油井中进行现场试验,成功率100%,可进一步推广使用。

     

    Abstract: For conventional oil drain device, oil drain can be realized only by dropping a bar to cut off the drain pin. But in oil wells where the sucker rod is broken, oil drain cannot be realized because the bar cannot be dropped, and secondary shut-in cannot be achieved after oil drain. In view of the drawbacks of conventional oil drain devices and by making reference to the working principle of Y221 packer, a closable rotary oil drain device has been developed by conducting theoretical calculation of reversing mechanism. This tool is designed to realize oil drain function by lowering the pipe while rotating and picking up the pipe and then closing the drain hole by lowering the string. It is of novel structure, simple in operation and reliable in leakproofness. Except that it can realize oil drain without tripping out the rod string, it can realize repeated use of switch on the oil drain device, hence avoiding damaging the environment by tripping out the string with liquid. This tool was tested indoor in No. 3 Oil Production Plant in Zhongyuan Oilfield and was field tested in oil wells with pump depth of over 3 000 m. The successful rate was 100%, so it can be further promoted and applied.
