低压气井井口增压开采技术

Wellhead pressure recovery technology for low pressure gas wells

  • 摘要: 牙哈凝析气田经过10 余年的开采,地层压力普遍下降,部分采气井开始出水,井口压力也呈现下降趋势,部分井井口压力低于集输管线压力,难以利用油井自身能量将油气输入集输管线。单井气液增压开采技术的成功应用,促使由于压力低而关井的YH23-1-14 井恢复生产,日增油10~13 t/d,气产量4.0~5.0×104 m3/d,为该技术在同类油田的应用提供了可借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: After more than ten years production of Yaha condensate gasfield, the formation pressure has declined generally, some gas production wells have begun to produce water and wellhead pressure shows a trend of decrease. The wellhead pressure of some wells is lower than the gathering pipeline pressure, so it is difficult to use the energy of the oil well to deliver the oil and gas into gathering pipelines. The successful use of gas-liquid pressure-boosting stimulation technology for single wells has made the Well YH23-1-14 resume production, which was shut-in due to low pressure. The daily increase of oil is 10~13 t/d, and gas production is 4.0~5.0×104m3/d, providing valuable experiences for application of this technology in other similar oilfield.
