Abstract: In line with the production requirement for large displacement and high efficiency of oil testing and fluid flow, Shengli Oilfield has developed a rapid drainage device with hydraulic lifting; the prototype has been utilized on site and all the performance parameters meet the production requirement. However, the installation of the hydraulic lifting cylinder needs manual lifting together with wellhead traveling block lifting; whereas, when if it is installed using common tubing tackle and support, then problems may occur like damage to the piston rod in hydraulic cylinder and rollover of the oil cylinder, so this method does not meet field requirement. Through analyzing the movement characteristics of oil cylinder during installation of the hydraulic lifting cylinder, specific improvement has been made to all the parts on tubing tackle system and the installation apparatus has been designed which is applicable to the installation of quick-flowback system with hydraulic lifting. The improved installation apparatus improves the safety of operation system and meets the field requirements.
