一种静止推靠式旋转导向钻井系统的设计方案

Design scheme of a static push-the-bit rotary steering drilling system

  • 摘要: 旋转导向钻井系统是在钻柱旋转钻进时,随钻实时完成导向功能的一种先进的钻井系统。介绍了西部钻探工程公司自主设计的静止推靠式旋转导向钻井系统的设计方案,采用模块化的设计理念将整个系统分为地面监控系统、双向通讯和动力模块、MWD 模块和导向短节4 大模块,各模块采用独立封装结构,用标准化接头连接,方便检测、维修和后续作业。重点介绍了导向短节的结构和旋转导向钻井系统的工作原理。

     

    Abstract: The Drilling Engineering and Technology Research Institute of the Xibu Drilling Engineering Company has started self-development of rotary steering drilling system over years of follow-up study of rotary steering drilling system. This paper mainly presents the design scheme and structure of the static, push-the-bit rotary steering drilling system. The system is of modularized design and is divided into surface monitoring system, two-way communication and power module, MWD module and steering sub, of which the steering sub is the technical difficulty and key point in the rotary steering drilling system and is also the focus of this paper. Based on the proposed design scheme and structure, the paper also explains the working principle of this rotary steering system, provides a viable technical plan for the development of rotary steering system and is of guidance significance to the research of rotary steering system.
