复合坐封式注气封隔器的研制

Development of composite setting-type gas injection packer

  • 摘要: 很多低渗透油藏布置注气井,进行注气驱油生产。现有的丢手式注气管柱,利于后期换管作业,解决了Y211 注气管柱再次作业时需要大量放气和难以压井的问题,但出现了封隔器坐封不良、丢手工具丢不开的现象。设计了一种新型的可丢手式注气封隔器,采用油管打液压和下放管柱加压的双重作用坐封胶筒,提高其密封能力;可以投球进行液压或机械丢手,后期可回接密封进行注气施工。封隔器设计完成后,进行了室内模拟实验及现场试验,表明封隔器密封性能可靠,满足了注气工艺的现场需要,并且延长免修期,降低注气成本,为注气驱油技术的推广奠定了基础,应用前景广阔。

     

    Abstract: The gas injection wells have been placed in many low-permeability reservoirs for oil displacement. The present release-type gas injection string is good for pipe replacement in later stage, solving the problems that a large amount of gas needs to be released and the well killing difficulty, when the Y211 gas injection string works again. However, in field test, problems occurred like poor packing setting and that release tools cannot be released. A new release-type gas-injection packer has been developed, which seats the rubber sleeve by both pumping liquid pressure through tubing and adding weight by lowering the pipe string, hence improving its sealing performance. Release can be realized hydraulically or mechanically by dropping ball, and later it can be tied back and sealed for gas injection. After the packer was designed, indoor simulation experiment and field test were performed, which show that the sealing performance of the packer is reliable, meets the onsite requirement of gas injection technology, extends the repair-free period, reduces the cost of gas injection and lays a good foundation for the promotion of drainage technology by gas injection and hence enjoys a promising application prospect.
