Dynamic experiment on slick-water prop-carrying capacity

  • 摘要: 为了研究支撑剂密度对滑溜水携砂性能的影响,自主设计了大型可视平板裂缝模拟系统,使支撑剂在裂缝中的动态沉降、砂堤形态可视化。运用该装置研究了不同支撑剂密度下滑溜水的携砂性能及支撑剂在裂缝中的沉降运移规律。实验结果表明,随着实验时间延长,砂堤高度逐渐增加,但增幅减缓;随着支撑剂密度减小,砂堤变平缓,砂堤的高度降低,堤峰向深处运移,且砂堤向裂缝深部推进速度增大,更多的支撑剂沉降在裂缝深部;支撑剂密度增大对沉降速度影响较大,对水平运移速度影响较小。研究结果可为支撑剂沉降运移动态研究及支撑剂优选提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of proppant density on slick water prop-carrying capacity, a large visual-panel fracture simulation system was designed, making the dynamic settlement and sand bank state of proppant visible in fractures. This apparatus was used to study the slick water prop-carrying capacity under various proppant densities and the settlement-migration law of proppant in fractures. The results shows that, with the extension of experiment time, the height of sand bank increases gradually but the rate reduces; with the decrease of proppant density, the sand bank becomes gentle and its height reduces (the peak moves into deep fractures and the bank moves more quickly into the deep fractures, so more proppant settles in deep fractures); the increase of proppant density affects the settlement speed greatly but poses little effect on horizontal migration speed. This research provides references for proppant on the settlement-migration dynamic study and optimal selection.
