埕岛海上油田分层注水井电动通井打捞技术改进及应用

Improvement and application of electric drifting and fishing technique in separate layer water injection wells of Chengdao Offshore Oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对井下注水管柱腐蚀结垢现象严重,导致测试过程中出现遇阻、遇卡和仪器落井等问题,研制了电动刮垢通井和打捞技术,该技术集机电一体化于一体,通过测井电缆直接控制电动刮垢或打捞仪下井对井壁进行刮垢清洁或对落井仪器进行打捞,具有刮垢扭矩大、作业效率高、打捞覆盖率大等特点,现场应用4 口井,施工成功率100%,取得了良好的应用效果,推动了海上分层注水技术的发展,为油田的稳产和增产提供了一种技术手段。

     

    Abstract: In view of severe corrosion and scale-building in downhole water injection pipe string, which leads to tight hole, stuck pipe and instrument lost in hole during logging, the electric scale-scraping drifting and fishing technique was developed, which integrates mechanical and electrical instruments, and directly controls the electric scraper and fishing tools to scrape the wellbore or fish the lost instrument through logging wireline; it is characterized by large scraping torque, high operation efficiency and large fishing coverage. It has been used in four wells at site with a success rate of 100%. It works effectively, has promoted the development of separate layer water injection technology in offshore wells and provides a technical means for steady production and increase in production of offshore oilfields.
