新型抗高温聚合物/ 胶乳防气窜水泥浆体系在 南海流花深水区块的应用

Application of new high-temperature resistant polymer/latex anti-gas channeling cement slurry system in Liuhua deepwater block of the South China Sea

  • 摘要: 针对南海流花深水区块的油气层具有井底温度高、渗透性好等特点,研制出了一种新型的适用于深水油气层固井的抗高温聚合物/ 胶乳防气窜水泥浆体系。通过室内实验,给出了适用于不同温度下的水泥浆体系配方,并对其常规物性、流变性和防气窜性能进行了评价。现场应用结果表明,该水泥浆具有抗高温、低滤失量、防气窜等特点,应用的3 口深水井油气层段固井质量全优。

     

    Abstract: A new type of high-temperature resistant polymer/latex anti-gas channeling cement slurry system for well cementing in deepwater hydrocarbon reservoir is developed on the basis of consideration on high temperature and good permeability of downhole hydrocarbon reservoir in Liuhua deepwater block of the South China Sea. Through laboratory experiments, formulas of cement slurry system adapted to different temperatures are worked out and the conventional properties, rheological property, and anti-gas channeling property of the system are also evaluated. Field application results show that the cement slurry has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, low water loss, and anti-gas channeling. Cementing quality of the 3 deepwater wells applied in hydrocarbon reservoir section all showed good well cementing quality.
