小直径管悬挂+ 智能注剂泡沫排水采气技术

Foam drainage gas recovery with small diameter pipe hanging + intelligent injection

  • 摘要: 针对苏里格气田气井积液问题,进行了小直径管悬挂+ 智能注剂泡沫排水采气技术研究,解决了4 大关键技术:小直径管悬挂密封技术、智能注剂、带压起管技术和防堵技术。该试验的成功进一步扩展了小直径管长期或间歇注发泡剂排水采气技术的应用范围,为气井增产稳产提供了新思路,建议进一步推广应用。

     

    Abstract: In line with fluid accumulation in gas wells in Sulige Gas Field, the Jianghan Machinery Research Institute and Oil & Gas Research Institute of Changqing Oilfield jointly carried out the research work on small diameter pipe hanging + intelligent injection agent, and successfully performed the work of hanging 3 300 m of small diameter pipe, intelligent injection agent and pulling out of hole under pressure. The success of this test provides a new way for experimental study on drainage gas recovery by long-term or intermittent injection of foaming agent in small diameter pipe and for increasing the production of gas wells;this has also accumulated experiences in pulling coiled tubing out of hole under pressure.
