聚合物驱在线混合调剖技术在海上油田的应用

Application of on-line mixing profile control technology of polymer flooding in offshore oilfields

  • 摘要: 调剖作为一种常规的控水技术,在水驱和聚驱油田广泛应用,但在海上油田由于平台空间限制,常规的调剖设备无法摆放,不能正常实施。为此,开展了利用聚合物驱流程实现在线混合调剖及地面配注工艺的研究,解决了常规调剖设备占地面积大的问题,并在渤海JZ9-3油田实施了单井先导性试验。结果表明:海上聚驱在线混合调剖技术工艺简单,占地面积小,安全可靠,解决聚窜问题,并取得了显著的增油减水效果,为同类聚驱封窜提供了可借鉴的方法。

     

    Abstract: As a conventional water control technology, profile control is widely used in water flooding and polymer flooding oilfields, but due to space limitation on the drilling platform in offshore oilfield, the conventional profile control equipment cannot be laid out on the platform and cannot be used normally. Hence, research was carried out on using polymer flooding process to realize profile control by on-board mixing and surface mixing and injection technology, which addressed the problem of conventional profile control equipment occupying large area and was pilot tested in individual well in JZ9-3 Oilfield in Bohai. The results show that the profile control technology of polymer flooding on-board mixing offshore is a simple technique, occupying small area, safe and reliable, addressing the problem of polymer channeling, and achieving significant increase in oil production and reduction in water production, providing a reference method for plugging similar polymer channeling.
