Fishing of sanding-in string in Well AE3-Ping 26

  • 摘要: AE3 平26 井双封拖动压裂管柱压裂时断脱,喷砂器、封隔器等工具砂埋,打捞困难。通过对该井井况和落井管柱的分析研究,制定了相应的打捞方案,并设计了断油管密封对接器、套子磨鞋、液压加压器等配套的修井工具,克服了落井工具砂卡严重、鱼顶不规则且多变化等诸多难题,成功完成了本井的打捞工作,为同类水平井落井管柱的打捞提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: During fracturing in Well AE3-Ping 26, the frac string broke off when it was driven with a twin packer, making sand blaster, packer and other tools buried in sands. It was difficult to fish these tools. Therefore, through analysis of the hole conditions and string lost in the well, appropriate fishing solution was prepared, and several workover tools were developed including sealed butter adapter for broken tubing, case mill shoe, and hydraulic pulldown. With these efforts, a lot of problems were solved, e.g. serious sanding-in of lost tools and irregular and varying fish top, contributing to the success of fishing. The practice provides valuable reference for fishing of string lost in similar horizontal wells.
