Drilling and completion technology for YYP-3-horizontal well

  • 摘要: 为加快鄂尔多斯盆地陆相页岩气水平井钻井技术的发展,延长油田于2013 年钻成了一口大偏移距的水平井——延页平3 井。通过优化井身结构、加强井眼轨迹控制、优选钻头和钻具组合、采用全油基钻井液及漂浮下套管固井技术,钻井过程中未发生复杂情况,且套管一次性下放到位。该井钻井周期比设计缩短7 d,全井平均机械钻速达4.91 m/h,水平段平均钻速达13.16 m/h。该井的钻完井技术可以在陆相页岩气开发中进行推广使用,并对国内其他地区大偏移距页岩气水平井的施工有一定的借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to develop the technology for drilling horizontal wells of continental shale gas in Erdos Basin, Yanchang oilfield drilled the Well YYP-3 in 2013 which has the large offset distance. By optimizing well configuration, strengthening the well trajectory control, optimizing the drilling bit and BHA and using the whole oil-based fluid and float casing running technology, no downhole troubles occurred during drilling and the casing was run in place at one time. The drilling time was 7 days shorter than design; average ROP of the whole well was up to 4.91 m/h and the ROP of horizontal section was up to 13.16 m/h, creating a number records in domestic drilling of shale gas horizontal wells. The actual drilling effect of this well shows that the drilling and completion technologies in this paper can be promoted and used in continental shale gas exploitation, and provide a reference for drilling of horizontal shale gas wells with large offset distance in other part of China.
