水平井注水技术研究及应用进展

Research on horizontal injection and its application

  • 摘要: 水平井注水技术出现于上世纪90年代初。经过十多年的研究、应用,水平井注水技术已比较成熟。为对水平井注水技术进行全面总结,通过对国内、外有关水平井注水技术的机理、油藏筛选条件、井网设计、影响注水效果的因素、现场应用情况作相应论述及总结,认为这项技术具有注水井段长、能够产生丰富热裂缝、线性驱动等优点,可有效增大注水量、降低注入压力,提高波及效率;适用于单、双层薄层,低渗透油藏;钻井、完井技术以及合理配注是影响注水效果的工程原因。国内外应用实例证明此项技术已得到一定应用。水平井注水技术将成为开发低渗透、薄层油藏的有利方式。

     

    Abstract: Horizontal injection technology was first introduced in early 1990s.It gets more mature after more than a decade of development and application.To get a thorough summary of the technology,the mechanism of the technology both at home and abroad,reservoir selection conditions,well pattern design,factors affecting water injection,and its on-site application are discussed.It has the advantages of long injection section,being capable of generating a lot of thermal fractures,and line drive.It can effectively increase water injection,reduce injection pressure,improve sweep efficiency.It is suitable for singe and double thin zones.Drilling and completion technologies as well as rational injection allocation are engineering factors that exert effect on water injection.Horizontal injection technology has been applied both at home and abroad.It is getting a favorable way to develop thin oil reservoirs with low permeability.
