超正压射孔与负压诱喷联作技术

Joint operation of perforating with super positive pressure and induced flow with negative pressure

  • 摘要: 射孔过程中,由于射流的强大压力作用,在射孔孔道内形成压实带,严重影响着油井的产能。用超正压射孔可以解除压实带,但同时失去了负压保护油气层的作用。超正压射孔负压排液诱流技术,就是在井筒内为超正压状态下射孔,解除射孔压实带,在近井带产生多条径向微裂缝,改善近井带导流能力,并在射孔后使井筒立即转为负压状态,达到射孔、改善流动通道和负压诱喷等目的,从而获取更理想的产能。对超正压射孔与负压诱喷联作技术的设计思路、管柱结构及各部件的结构和原理进行了阐述,给出了现场应用程序和应用效果。该技术的成功应用,为低渗透储层射孔完井提供了一条新途径。

     

    Abstract: During perforating process,crashed zones will come into being in perforated channels due to the great pressure of jets,seriously affecting oil well productivity.Perforating with super positive pressure can be used to remove crashed zones.However,the negative pressure will be lost to protect oil-gas zones.Induced flow technology by employing fluid withdraw with negative pressure and perforation with super positive pressure is developed to perforate when the pressure is super positive in wellbore,removing crashed zones and generating multiple radial microcracks near wellbore formations.Furthermore,the technology can be used to improve the flow conductivity of the near wellbore formation,turning the positive pressure in wellbore into negative pressure after perforating.So perforating can be realized,as well as flow channels and induced flow can be enhanced.Finally higher oil productivity can be obtained.This paper clearly elaborates the design idea,the structure of pipe strings,and the structure and principle of each components of the joint operation technology of perforating with super positive pressure and induced flow with negative pressure.It also presents the procedure and the effect of field application of the technology.The successful application provides a new solution to perforated completion for reservoirs with low permeability.
