东盐1井完井固井技术

Completion & cementing technologies for well Dongyan-1

  • 摘要: 在勘探开发胜利油田的过程中,在东营地区发现了储量达50亿吨的高纯度地下矿盐。东盐1井是胜利油田第1口矿盐井,设计井深3200 m。通过该井的钻探可以了解和进一步探明地下矿盐的分布状况,为开发矿盐做好准备。由于复杂的地质条件,在钻井过程中多次发生漏失、泥岩膨胀缩径、井涌和严重的油气侵等复杂事故,完井工作难度增大。为此进行了完井工艺、工具、水泥浆体系等方面的技术研究。特别是在发生下完套管循环不通的情况下,通过优选工艺、改进设计、完善措施,保证了水泥封固质量,满足了矿盐开采的需要。首次尝试性地将石油开采的完井固井技术综合性地应用于矿盐井的完井并取得成功,对于矿盐的开发具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: During the process of exploration and development,high-purity underground halite reserves reaches five billion tons in Dongying area.Well Dongyan-1 is the first halite well in Shengli Oilfield with designed depth reaching 3200m.Underground halite distribution can be further proved by drilling and exploration,which is favorable for developing halite.Complicated geological conditions have led to several times of technological difficulties including leakage,shale swelling and hole shrinkage,well kick,and severe inrush of oil and gas.Completion operation hence gets more difficult.To solve such problems,technological research is conducted on completion technology,tools,and cement slurries.When circulation of cased well is blocked up,processes will be optimized,design will be upgraded,and measures will be improved to ensure the quality of cement sealing and satisfy the need of halite exploitation.Completion and cementing technologies for oil exploitation is primarily and comprehensively applied to completion of halite wells and great success is obtained,which is of great significance to halite development.
